In detail

The “Advocate Graduate Stipend” scheme was launched by the Tribal Development Department, Government of Gujarat. It aims to provide financial assistance and practical training support to tribal law graduates who begin their legal practice. Under this scheme, tribal youth who have obtained their charter within two years of completing their LLB are given a monthly stipend.

  • The applicant should have completed LLB degree.
  • The applicant should have obtained a charter within two years of graduation.
  • The applicant should begin legal practice as a junior lawyer under a senior advocate.
