It focuses on quality improvement, energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and the adoption of advanced manufacturing standards to support the "Make in India" campaign.
Who qualifies
- The firm must be a Micro/Small/Medium enterprise run by SC/ST entrepreneur.The enterprise must be a manufacturing enterprise.
- The enterprise should be involved in manufacturing activities.
- The MSME should apply for ZED certification under the official program.
- The enterprise must not have availed full financial support from any other government scheme for the same certification.
- The MSME should comply with environmental and quality norms as per ZED standards.
