The scheme provides financial assistance in the form of subsidies for shrimp farm development, equipment purchase, and related activities.

• The applicant must have own land or government-allotted land for shrimp farming.
• Shrimp Farm of the Beneficiary should have been registered with coastal aquaculture authority or beneficiary should have been applied for it.
• The beneficiary must have his own bank account.
• The applicant must provide valid identity proof (Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, or Passport).
