In detail
The “Deendayal Antyodaya Upchar Yojana Card Issuance” scheme has been launched by the Public Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. The scheme aims to provide free treatment access to Below Poverty Line families within a guaranteed time limit. A Deendayal Antyodaya Treatment Card is issued free of cost to eligible families, including persons with disabilities, to avail government health benefits.

- The applicant should belong to a below-poverty-line family.
- The applicant should be a resident of the same district or area where the application is submitted.
- The applicant should be the head of the family.
- The applicant’s family may include persons with disabilities, without exclusion.
