The “Drone Policy 2023” is implemented by the Information Technology Development Agency (ITDA) under Department of Information Technology, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to promote the use, innovation, and development of drone technology for improving service delivery and governance in Uttarakhand, while strengthening the drone ecosystem through collaboration among industry, academia, and government.

Who qualifies

  • Drone service providers, drone manufacturers, drone industries, drone investors, drone startups, the youth of Uttarakhand, universities, ITIs, polytechnic colleges, and government institutions are eligible to avail benefits under the Drone Policy.
