Who qualifies

Workers should be working in an establishment registered under the Factories Act, 1948.
The monthly salary of the worker (basic salary + dearness allowance) should not exceed ₹15,000/-.
It is mandatory to apply within one year from the date of death of the worker.
Financial assistance will be payable to the worker's spouse or dependent (son/unmarried daughter), mother/father in case the worker is unmarried.
