The scheme aims to help Roman Script Konkani writers and publishers who face difficulties in marketing their books related to Tiatr, its song and music, while promoting Tiatr culture among enthusiasts. The scheme provides bulk purchase of books at 80% of the fixed rate and organizes book exhibitions to facilitate better market reach for publishers. The applicant must be a writer or publisher of books related to Tiatr, its song and music, and must submit 3 copies of their published book for evaluation. The scheme is implemented by Tiatr Academy Goa through its appointed Recommendation Committee. The applications for this scheme are accepted offline.
