No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.

The SAPCC has already been approved by the State Steering Committee. It stresses to maintain high growth rate which is essential for increasing living standards of the vast majority of people of the State of Haryana and reducing their vulnerability of the impacts of Climate Change. How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 1 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
