Annual Objective and Expected: -To ensure that the current managed service provider of SWAN i.e. Rail Tel Corporation of India Ltd. a public sector undertaking of Ministry of Railways, the Govt. of India and bandwidth service provider i.e. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Haryana circle make available this network to all the user departments/boards/corporation. 3. Strategies:-100% availability of the connectivity among State Head quarter, District Headquarters and Block Headquarters with effective monitoring of this Network
