The Lado Lakshmi Yojana aims to promote empowerment of women by fostering financial independence, ensuring social security, enhancing their overall well-being and participation in society. It focuses on empowering the most marginalized sections of society strengthen their financial autonomy. This scheme came into operation w.e.f. 25th September, 2025 and applicable throughout the state of Haryana. Under this scheme, a financial assistance amount to ` 2100/- per month (unless the beneficiary voluntarily chooses to take a lesser amount), or as revised and notified by the Government from time to time, will be given to the eligible beneficiaries as Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) through the Public Finance Management System (PFMS).
