To undertake a fresh survey of industrial units established and operating in the State as the database of industrial units has become outdated with the change of definitions of various categories of industrial units during a period of last 15 years. Under this scheme, the State Government has taken up the enumeration of working industrial units in the State so that the data collected during the enumeration may be used in taking policy decision for the growth and development of Industries.
