No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.
What Haryana publishes about this
From the state’s own budget books · myScheme has no

The objective of this scheme is to promote awareness and education about environmental pollution/hazards through short films, pamphlets, distribution of environmental literature, posters, hoardings, blow-ups, conducting seminars/workshops and conference, holding exhibitions, imparting training and advertising in leading newspapers, radio and television. It is a very important project to create awareness at the grass root level in general public. Schools/Colleges are best place for creating awareness among the young generation. Regular seminars/workshops /quiz competitions for different age groups are organized in the state schools/colleges for creating awareness among the young generations. Training is also imparted to Eco Club Incharges of the Eco Club Schools and Colleges established in the state of Haryana. The funds will be disbursed to Education Department on account of organizing the Awareness Programmes among school/college students.
How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 1 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
