Centre Share: `6,00,000/- State Share: `6,00,000/- This scheme has been formulated to empower adolescent girls, along with improvement in the nutritional and health status and upgrading various skills like home skills, life skills and vocational skills. This scheme for empowerment of adolescent girls called ‘Scheme for Adolescent Girls’ (SAG) has been universalized w.e.f. 01.04.2018 and had totally replaced the Rajiv Gandhi Scheme for Empowerment of Adolescent Girls (SABLA) and Kishori Shakti Yojana (KSY). This scheme was universalized w.e.f. 01.04.2018.As per GOI guidelines, this scheme is being run in aspirational district of the state i.e. Nuh (Mewat) and covers Adolescent Girls (AGs) aged between 14-18 years.
