No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.

The urban areas are adversely affected from vehicular and industrial pollution. The population in the urban areas, therefore, suffers from respiratory and water borne diseases. Urban Island Heat effect also increases air temperature. The amelioration of urban environment effectively checks the air pollution bringing respite to the residents. Objectives of the scheme are to take up tree plantation activity in urban area along roads, in parks and in other areas available in various localities for increasing Tree Cover. To increase the green cover in urban areas for improvement in the environment, ameliorate the urban island heat impact and to check air pollution.

How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 1 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
