No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.

To improve and enhance the skills, knowledge of the incumbents in service, a massive and recurring exercise would be undertaken to constantly upgrade their skills and impart professional efficiency and growth in them. Another activity under this scheme is to organize State/National/International seminars/conferences in colleges and universities to update the knowledge of teacher and the taught. The amount will be utilized for conducting subject specific training and skill enhancement training. Financial assistance to the teachers shall be given to encourage them to participate and present papers in State/National/International seminars/conferences. The expenditure will be incurred under this scheme to the extent of 50% for participation and paper presentation at international seminars. Approximately, 2,00,000 teaching faculty and students will be benefitted under this scheme during the year 2026-27.
How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 1 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
