It is being observed by the Department that implementation of the action plan and extension of the benefit to the public cannot be minimized and involvement of the public is required. Similarly, the staff/personals implementing the schemes are also required to upgrade the knowledge/awareness of the public with the latest emerging technologies/ methodology.
