It aims at the delivery of package of services such as supplementary nutrition, Immunization, health check-up, referral services, health and nutrition education to the pregnant and nursing mothers in the age group of 19-44 years and to the children in the age group of 6 months to6 years and pre-school education to the children in the age group of 3 to 6 years. There are 148 projects running under this scheme in the State.
