No documentation checks for this scheme The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.

Mock exercises provide an opportunity to test SOPs in this field and ascertain efficiency of the disaster response plans and readiness of men, machines and communications for any disaster situation. State is planning to conduct mock drills on different disasters such as flood, chemical, nuclear, fire and earthquake every year. Under this scheme, the provision of funds are required for each district and State Headquarters (Haryana New Civil Secretariat and Haryana Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh).

How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes. This row scored 2 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works; the Centre shares the cost. It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
