Under this Scheme, Financial Aid is given to NHM for the children requiring tertiary level care at the approved tertiary level centers. Free of cost treatment is given to the children referred to the govt. health facilities in Haryana. The State Budget is being utilized for following activities:- a. Investigations required for the confirmation of diagnosis or plan of treatment for health conditions other than CHD (Neural Tube Defect, NTD/Clubfoot/Cleft Lip and Palate/ Cataract/ ENT conditions, eye conditions etc.) like CT scan/ MRI (brain/ Spine/Chest/ Abdomen) or any other specified investigation not available at district hospital is being done in private Hospitals/ Laboratory at CGHS rates/ Ayushmaan Package rates out of state budget. b. Crucial investigation for confirmation of diagnosis or deciding the plan of treatment for CHD children (CT pulmonary angiography/ CT Coronary angiography/ Cardiac catheterization etc.) in private empanelled hospitals is being done out of state Budget subject to approval from preauthorization expert.
