No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.
What Haryana publishes about this
From the state’s own budget books · myScheme has no
record of it
The State has 36 Educationally Backward Blocks. State Government has decided to run 36 Aarohi Model Schools in society mode in these blocks. A State Society has been registered for these schools namely “Haryana AAROHI Educationally Backward Blocks (EBB) Model School Society” on the pattern of Kendariya Vidyalayas. The aim of this scheme is to develop students and make them aware, socially responsible, creative and capable of contributing to the society. It may also help children of such blocks connect better with the world. The medium of instructions in these schools is English. With this, the talented but poor rural students get opportunity for quality education. About 36 schools will be covered under this scheme.

How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 1 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
