Keeping in view the pitiable economic condition of Eunuchs and being socially and economically deprived section of the society, it has been decided to give Financial help @ `3000/-per month per Eunuch, subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant should be permanent resident/domicile of Haryana State and has been residing in Haryana State for the last 5 years at the time of submission of application. 2. The age of the applicant should not be less than 18 years. 3. The applicant must give a certificate from the Civil Surgeon in support of his application. 4. The applicant should not be involved in any unlawful activity.
