Under the scheme, the funds are provided with a view to ensure integrated development of SC dominated villages by way of having 1) Adequate Infrastructure, necessary for the socio-economic development and, 2) Improvement in socio-economic indicators known as Monitorable Indicators, leading to eradicate disparity between SCs and Non-SCs population. This scheme is being implemented by Rural Development department, Haryana.
