No documentation checks for this scheme The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.

What Haryana publishes about this

From the state’s own budget books · myScheme has no record of it

Under the scheme “PRATIBHA KHOJ”, the Haryana State being a welfare state decided to run various programs to enable the talented and meritorious students to prepare for the competitive exams and rightfully earn their places among the white- collar jobs category. It is imperative that a separate scheme has to be created with all necessary financial heads required to run all such coaching programs effectively. Therefore, the Department initiated a new state scheme ”Pratibha Khoj Scheme” for effectively executing the programs already running (i.e. Super-100, Buniyaad, NDA and few others like CLAT etc.).About 6,000 students will be covered under this scheme.

How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes. This row scored 1 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works. It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
