No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.
What Haryana publishes about this
From the state’s own budget books · myScheme has no
record of it
This scheme is framed to popularize the cultural, historical and archaeological wealth of the State. The department prepares the plaster cast replicas of ancient sculpture and sells them on nominal rates. Due to their high artistic quality, these replicas always remain in great demand among the visitors who visit the different exhibitions conducted by the department. The scheme will be helpful to awaken the general public regarding rich cultural heritage and to stop illegal trading of Art objects. The department is also initiating the project for preparation of fibre replicas under this scheme.

How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 1 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
