No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.
What Haryana publishes about this
From the state’s own budget books · myScheme has no
record of it
The objective of this scheme is to protect the Sites/Monuments professionally from further damage and restore to the previous state. Accordingly, the department is initiating a project for conservation work at all State Protected Monuments through PWD (B&R) Haryana. Under the scheme, the provision of funds is required for both the direct conservation/ restoration and essential civil works comprising construction of boundary wall, chowkidar Rooms, vegetation clearance, preliminary surveys, essential landscaping and Public Amenities etc. for various sites viz. Buddhist Stupa at Chaneti, Yamunanagar, the Tomb of Sheikh Taiyyab, Kaithal, the Tomb of Char Qutub, Hansi, Nahan Kothi, Panchkula, the Victoria memorial, Karnal and the Ancient Gumbad, Palwal among others.
How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 1 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
