No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.
What Haryana publishes about this
From the state’s own budget books · myScheme has no
record of it
The entrepreneurs with disabilities as defined in the persons with disabilities (Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016) shall be allotted 5% Industrial Plots of the total number of Industrial plots available for allotment on preferential basis for the establishment of Industrial unit. However, same price of plot would be charged as applicable to General Category. The interest on installments to be paid shall be 8% and interest including penal interest, if any, shall be @11%. The interest/penal interest on installments will be subject to change as per policy of developing agency i.e. Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC). The difference in amount due to less rate of interest on installments shall be paid by the Department to the developing agency i.e. Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC).
How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 1 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
