Rehabilitation of Destitute and Migrant Child Labour

No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.
What Haryana publishes about this
From the state’s own budget books · myScheme has no
record of it
The concept of creation of Rehabilitation Centers is to address the needs of destitute child labour detected during the survey and surprise checks under the National Child Labour Projects. To uplift the livelihood of destitute children who migrated from other states in the vulnerability of being orphan, unaccompanied by any guardian or adult, poor health status, exposed to violence, social inequality, physical, mental and sexual abuse at work like situations. This situation has undoubtedly been grim since Covid-19. It is also understood that due to not being an adult, unawareness and lack of facilities, these children never get a chance of basic schooling, healthcare, social and legal counselling and skill to build and decide the course of their life. One Rehabilitation centre in Panipat is being run by the Department.
How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 1 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
