Under this scheme, only those students who are admitted through Central Counseling conducted by Haryana State Technical Education Society are eligible and also whose annual parental income from all sources is between ₹ 2.50 lakh to ₹ 3.50 lakh for all Scheduled Caste Students of Diploma/UG/PG level of Technical courses having Aadhar/UID number except students residing in campus hostels of the institution. For diploma courses, the reimbursement of tuition fee or ₹ 20,000/- (whichever is less) and for UG/PG course the reimbursement of tuition fee or ₹ 40,000/- (whichever is less) is given to SC students. The actual reimbursement of State Transport / Train Pass is given to the SC students.
