No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.

Centre Share: ₹ 113,00,00,000/- State Share: ₹ 75,34,00,000/- SSA, RMSA and TE were centrally sponsored schemes in the field of education. SSA was to focus on Elementary Education and RTE implementation, RMSA for Secondary Education and Teacher Education Programme for teacher education for both elementary and secondary education. These schemes were implemented in segments. In this SSA, RMSA and TE were merged and a scheme has been developed and launched to form an integrated scheme on School Education called ‘Samagra Shiksha’. Objective:- The overall objective of the scheme is to provide quality education, bridging social and gender gap in school education, support states in implementation of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009, ensuring minimum standard of schooling provisions and promoting Vocationalization of School Education. Opening and up gradation of school provision to physical facilities, Free Text Books and Uniform to students will be covered under this scheme.
How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 3 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works; the Centre shares the cost; the state files it as a shared scheme.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
