The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.

Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana (DAY)-NRLM, a flagship program of Government of India aims at promoting poverty reduction among poor households in rural areas. Under this scheme awards of `1,00,000/-, `50,000/- and `25,000/- are granted to each of the best performing SHG ranking 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively on the basis of their earned income as per the following criteria:- 1. All SHGs promoted by DAY-NRLM and satisfying following criteria laid down by Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission will be eligible for consideration for the Annual State Awards:- • SHG should be ‘A’ Graded. • SHG must be following Dasa-sutra strictly. • Atleast 70% members should have taken loan. • SHG having Loan recovery more than 90%. • SHG awarded once shall not be considered for the same category of award for next three years. 2. Self Help Groups (SHGs) awarded once shall not be considered for the same category of award for next three years. However, same SHG may be considered for the higher category award. 3. Amount of each cash award to SHG would be credited into its saving bank account to make part of its corpus funds and shall not be distributed amongst members. 4. These awards provide public recognition to the outstanding performance of the SHGs, also instil competition amongst them to perform better and also act as incentives for other SHGs. 5. Eight broader indicators have been developed with maximum score of 100 (each indicator assigned marks ranging between 5 to 30 inclined more towards income generation activities undertaken by SHGs). 6. Each indicator has further been divided into sub indicators with marks for each, based on the performance of the participating SHG, to make the exercise more transparent and competitive.
How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 4 on published signals: a benefit word in the name; the provision is establishment money, not works.
It also clears the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, and it is named on /divergence.
