No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.
What Haryana publishes about this
From the state’s own budget books · myScheme has no
record of it
This scheme includes the following ongoing component for which the Govt. of India releases funds regularly:- 1. FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF STATE VETERINARY COUNCIL This component is also included under the umbrella scheme of "Livestock Health & Disease Control" through which grant in aid will be proposed to the Haryana Veterinary Council. 2. NATIONAL ANIMAL DISEASE REPORTING SYSTEM (NADRS) National Animal Disease reporting has enormous importance and prompt reporting of any epidemic is essential not only for undertaking immediate control measures to prevent the further spread of the disease, but also for formulating long term disease control strategy. The Government of India provides assistance to the States under this component. 3. NATIONAL PROJECT FOR RINDERPEST ERADICATION (NPRE) The aim of the scheme is to strengthen the veterinary services and to eradicate Rinderpest and Contagious Bovine Pleuro-Pneumonia. The State has been declared free from Rinderpest since June, 1994 but, still to be vigilant, a proper check through sero-surveillance, village search etc. is being continued and a regular staff is posted which is paid by the State Govt. but to meet out their TA, POL, Laboratory expenses as well as publicity etc.
How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 2 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works; the Centre shares the cost.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
