No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.
What Haryana publishes about this
From the state’s own budget books · myScheme has no
record of it
As per Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) Guidelines, social audit of the works taken up under the Scheme shall be conducted in each year for better transparency and accountability in the Scheme. Therefore, Social Audit Unit has been established. For implementation of the SAU, manpower has been engaged at State, District, Block and Village level to conduct the Social Audit of each work taken under the Scheme. The Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India is providing 100% funds for making the payment of Salary, Honorarium of Village Resource Person and other office expenses. Note:- This scheme will be replaced by Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin): VB-G RAM G & this component will also be applicable for implementation of VB-G RAM G.
How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 2 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works; the Centre shares the cost.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
