No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.

The aim of Health Sector Grant is to strengthen the health infrastructure/health facilities in the rural areas. In past practice these grants were been disbursed by the Health Department to the PRIs. But now, it has been decided funds under the health sector grant shall also be disbursed by the Panchayat Department. *****
How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 2 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works; the Centre shares the cost.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
