No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.
What Haryana publishes about this
From the state’s own budget books · myScheme has no
record of it
The State Government had constituted “Haryana State Small Industries and Export Corporation (HSSI&EC), Haryana State Handloom and Handicrafts Corporation (HSH&HC) and Haryana Tanneries Ltd.(HTL)” for the promotion of small industries, exports, handlooms, handicrafts and leather industries in the State. Due to one reason or another, 3 corporations went in loss and the State Government finally closed these Corporations on 31-03-2014. The funds are required for expenditure involving filing application in the Hon’ble High Court, advocate fee etc and to make payment of compensation to the retrenched employees of these Corporations. Government agrees with the proposal of Department to grant Honorarium to the retrenched and adjusted employees of Haryana State Small Industries & Export Corporation (HSSIEC) and Haryana State Handloom & Handicraft Corporation Limited (HSH&HC) on the same pattern as was given to the retrenched and adjusted employees of Haryana Minerals Limited (HML) issued vide U.O. No. 1/12/2021-3FD-III (PF)/2022/19163 dated 01.09.2022. The details are as under:- Sr. No. Classification of employees Rate of Honorarium per month 1. Group “D” employees Rs. 6,000/- 2. How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 1 on published signals: the provision is establishment money, not works.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.
