- The applicant should have engaged in building and construction work for at least 90 days in a given year.
> For the Application of the Welfare Scheme:
- The applicant should be a registered construction worker Under the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board of Karnataka.
- The worker must have reached 60 years of age.
- The worker must have been a beneficiary of the Board for at least 3 consecutive years before turning 60 years of age.
- The worker must not be availing similar benefits from any other government schemes.
