The scheme “Khushiyon Ki Sawari Sewa” has been launched by the Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare, Government of Uttarakhand. What you get

Under this scheme, pregnant women are provided free transportation from the hospital to their homes along with their newborns after delivery. Additionally, pregnant are also provided free to-and-fro transportation from home to the hospital for ultrasound services.

These facilities are being provided across the state through 128 vehicles.
