Who qualifies

  • The applicant must be not less than 60 years of age.

  • The applicant, if a singer/musician, should have songs recorded on vinyl records, Compact Discs, Digital Versatile Discs, online platforms, or brought out in video format.
  • The applicant may have worked in films of other languages in various capacities including acting, directing, singing, composing music, composing lyrics, designing sets, providing background music, or designing light effects.
  • The applicant, if a script writer or lyricist, may have published books of their scripts or lyrics.
