No documentation checks for this scheme
The nine checks measure what myScheme publishes about a scheme. There is no myScheme
record here to measure, so this page shows none. A score of nought would read
as a verdict on the scheme when it is a fact about the portal.

How this was judged a scheme rather than a budget head
A state budget book lists colleges, directorates and building heads beside schemes.
This row scored 2 on published signals: scheme marker word in the name: yojana.
It does NOT clear the higher bar this register uses before saying a scheme is hidden from citizens, so it is listed here and not named there. Listing a budget head as a scheme is an annoyance; naming one as hidden would be a false accusation, and the two are not the same claim.

That a report exists, and nothing about what it found
This register records which schemes have been audited, which the CAG does not publish
as a list. It does not read, quote or summarise an audit’s conclusions: those are
the CAG’s to publish and the reports are linked above. The match is on the
report’s subject at high similarity and every one was read by eye; the rules that
were tried and rejected are named on /audit.
