In detail

The “Mukhyamantri Balika (Snatak) Protsahan Yojana”, is a component of the “Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojna”, launched by the Department of Education, Bihar. Who qualifies

  • The applicant must be a resident of Bihar.
  • The applicant must have graduated or obtained an equivalent degree (including Alim or Shastri) after April 25, 2018, from a government-recognized or affiliated institution within Bihar.
  • The scheme applies to graduates from general, technical, or professional courses.
  • The applicant must have an account in any nationalized bank, recognized private bank or India Postal Payment Bank located in Bihar.
