Who qualifies

  • The applicant/beneficiary should be a resident of Haryana.
  • The applicant should possess a valid Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID).
  • All operational, maintenance, and post-construction management costs of the infrastructure facilities shall be borne by the beneficiary.
  • The beneficiary should ensure that the Fish Feed Mill remains in functional condition.
  • The beneficiary should supply the feed produced from the government-assisted Fish Feed Mill/Plant to fishers and fish farmers at an affordable price.
  • The applicant should either own the land or have it on a registered lease agreement valid for a minimum of 10 years.

  • Subsidy will be limited to 40% of the project cost for General Category of beneficiaries.
  • Subsidy will be limited to 60% of the project cost for Weaker sections/ SC/ST/Women and their co-operatives of beneficiaries.
