Who qualifies

- The applicant should possess a valid Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID).

- The applicant should ensure the feed produced from the unit is supplied at affordable price to fishers and farmers.
- The fish feed mill should be on land owned by the applicant or on a long-term registered lease (minimum of 10 years).
