The scheme provides loan access only for existing businesses in the rural area and for the establishment of new enterprises by migrant workers, who must also undergo Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) training through Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETI) for new business establishment. The applications for this scheme are accepted online via the Street Vendor Portal.
