Who qualifies
- The applicant should be a resident of Bihar.
- The applicant should be a farmer.
- The applicant must be registered on the DBT portal.
- Farmers who have taken advantage of the scheme in the last three years (202-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) will not be given the benefit of the scheme this year.

- The benefit of this scheme will be given only once to one member of the family.
- Beneficiaries will be selected on first come first serve basis.
