Who qualifies

  • Applicant must be domicile of Jammu and Kashmir.
  • The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 35 years.
  • Applicant must be unemployed.
  • Applicant must have commercial driving license
  • In case, renting a vehicle to someone else : Affidavit required to be submit with his/her commercial driving license
  • Applicant must not be received any financial assistance or subsidy from government organization for self employment.
  • Applicant can get the scheme benefit only at once.

What you get

  • Up to ₹80,000 subsidy (or 10% of on-road price, whichever is lower) per beneficiary from Mission Youth.
  • Matching subsidy from the vehicle manufacturer (equal to Mission Youth's contribution).
