The "Mukhyamantri Protsahan Yojana" by the Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development Department, Government of Jharkhand, provides financial assistance to unemployed candidates who have completed skill training programs aligned with NSQF.

The "Mukhyamantri Protsahan Yojana" by the Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development Department, Government of Jharkhand, aims to support unemployed individuals who have completed short-term skill training programs aligned with the National Qualification Framework (NSQF). Under this scheme, candidates receive a financial incentive to enhance their employability.

• The applicant must be unemployed (not employed in the public/private sector or self-employed).
• The applicant must be registered in a Jharkhand employment exchange.
• The applicant should have completed a skill training course conducted by a government ITI, polytechnic, or other government vocational institutes aligned with NSQF.
• The applicant must not have availed of any similar incentive under another scheme.
• The applicant must be a domicile of Jharkhand.
• The applicant should have a valid bank account and Aadhaar card.
• The applicant should not have been convicted of a crime with a sentence of 48 hours or more.
• The applicant must be between 18 to 35 years old on the date of employment exchange registration (relaxation as per government norms for SC/ST candidates).

• A financial incentive of ₹5,000/- per annum for eligible candidates.
• Special categories like widows, abandoned women, primitive tribes, and persons with disabilities receive an additional 50% incentive.
