Who qualifies

  • The applicant must be a resident of Jharkhand.
  • The applicant must belong to the Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, or Backward Class categories.
  • The applicant must be suffering from the illness or surgery.
  • Applicants already availing financial assistance from other government schemes are ineligible.
  • The applicant must be a holder of one of the following ration cards:
  • Priority Household Ration Card (PHH)
  • Antyodaya Ration Card
  • Green Card
