- The applicant must be a Women Self-Help Group, Mahila Mangal Dal, or a Local Women’s Group from Uttarakhand.

- Under this scheme, women’s groups are enabled to establish nurseries. High-quality seeds are procured from Silvahill or Silvasal, and the resources required for nursery operations are provided through a fixed grant. Technical support and training are also provided.
