Through this scheme, scholarships are annually provided to boys, girls, and extremely backward students from Classes 1st to 10th.

What you get

The scheme provides financial assistance in the form of scholarships. The amounts are as follows:

> For Boys

  • Class 1 to Class 8: Annual scholarship of ₹750/-.
  • Class 9 to Class 10: Annual scholarship of ₹1,000/-.

> For Girls

  • Class 1 to Class 5: Annual scholarship of ₹750/-.
  • Class 6 to Class 10: Annual scholarship of ₹1,000/-.

> For Extremely Backwards Students

  • Class 1 to Class 8: Annual scholarship of ₹1,000/-.
  • Class 9 to Class 10: Annual scholarship of ₹1,500/-.

> Mode of Disbursement:** The benefits to the beneficiaries will be disbursed through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) method.
