Who qualifies

  • The applicant should be a permanent resident of Himachal Pradesh.
  • The applicant should belong to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), or Other Backward Classes (OBC).
  • The applicant's annual income does not exceed ₹50,000/-.
  • The applicant should not have his own house.
  • The land in the applicant's name should be in the revenue record for the construction of the house.
