"Shilpi Samridhi Yojana" is an economic empowerment scheme by the Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation, Government of Haryana. Through this scheme, loans/benefits are provided to the eligible families of the scheduled caste artisans to pursue various economic development activities for the betterment of their economic status. In order to be eligible, the artisan should be in the age group of 18 to 45 years. He/She should not be a defaulter of the Corporation/bank.

Who qualifies

  • The applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana.
  • The applicant should belong to the Scheduled Caste category.
  • The applicant's annual family income should not exceed ₹3,00,000/-.
  • The applicant should be in the age group of 18 to 45 years.
  • The applicant should have adequate knowledge and experience of the scheme.
  • The applicant should not have misused the previous loan obtained from the Corporation.
  • The applicant should not have any other similar unit.
  • The applicant should not be a defaulter of the Corporation/banks.

What you get

  • Loan for various economic development schemes having unit cost up to ₹50,000/-.
  • Margin Money at 10% of the project cost.
  • Subsidy at 50% of the total project cost, subject to a maximum of ₹10,000/-.
